Today, Late, as usual, IGG put (more like hid) this on their Event page, signalling the End of Galaxy Online 2:

Well, I just finished writing up guides and builds for the game, finished up tidying KrTools and the this happens.
Can the end of Galaxy Online 2 be fake?
Actually no, we knew Flash was dying and IGG gave up developing anything on Galaxy Online 2 years ago. The whole game has been breaking bits off and degrading since then.
Also if it was hacked and put there by someone trying to make it look silly, well it’s done in traditional IGG ways. Half arsed and hardly working. It’s unreadable unless you highlight it all thanks to black text on a dark background.
Edit: Found that all recent Galaxy Online 2 Facebook posts are on their Galaxy Online 3 (android only) page. Really, this company is that bad for this not to be fake.
What to do now?
Well, not much to do. Archive all posts related here. KrTools can live on Github. still got all the resource files. Maybe someone can make a standalone app/client/site for the game and people can try out the solo/PvE player aspect of it. I would but I’m not that clued up on flash programming.
Actually, having an idea about that, but it’s going to take a very long time to have something usable.
